Anger is not volitional; it isn’t something that we choose. We just get angry, just like we get happy. But when we are angry we have a choice on how we can respond. Not all responses to anger are evil.

How can we respond to anger in God honoring ways?

  1. Acknowledge that you are angry
  2. Pray for wisdom and the Holy Spirit’s intervention
